I had asked Jo to marry me in early 1986 and I was over the moon when she said yes. We were married on 30th August 1986 at St Marks Church in Cheltenham. 
At the time we had a 1 bedroom council flat in Monkscroft.
We had our honeymoon in Paris, it was Jo's first time abroad.
I was lucky enough to be married to Jo for 33 years before our time together was cut short. Our love for each other grew stonger as the years passed. In our time together we raised two beautiful daughters who in turn enhanced our lives with children of their own.
